BELCARRA

Belcarra is a village located in County Mayo, on the West coast of Ireland. The village lies approximately ten kilometres (6.2 miles) South East of Castlebar.

Belcarra is in up and coming village, which has had a sewage treatment plant recently, and also has had a lot of new houses built in its centre in the last decade.

The village has many shops, including a couple of general stores. There are also two public bars, a post office, hardware store and a petrol filling station.

Belcarra has a community centre, which is used for many active clubs, including a martial arts club.There are also parent and toddler meetings during the daytime, and music lessons in the evening.
